*Images: can be attached to email and sent to our email address, or host the images on the free image host http://www.imageshack.us (or similar) and send us the links by the form or email
*Transcripts: please copy and paste these into the body of an email or in the above form
*Video: this can be attached to an email and sent to us, or alternatively, host the video on a free web host such as http://www.savefile.com , http://www.megaupload.com or http://www.rapidshare.de or http://www.youtube.com , and send us the link to where you have hosted the file.
*Audio: same as for video

Q.I have relevant content but I can't get it onto my PC (it's on some other kind of media), can I still submit it?
A.Yes. Email the site using our email address or the form above. We can either help you with instructions on the best way to get the content onto PC, or can arrange to receive a copy by post. Please contact us!
